If the wedding is celebrated in the morning women should wear a short dress, knee length, other than black or sequins or rhinestones take. The pastel colors, like pink or mint that is now so fashionable, and floral prints are perfect for the occasion. As a supplements you need to be discreet. Men will be perfect with a suit in a dark color: black, navy or gray, the tie should be discreet. If this is a very elegant wedding it is better that the guests wear a tuxedo.
If the wedding is celebrated in the afternoon than women should wear a cocktail dress.At this time of the day it is permitted to wear several sequins and sparkles, as well as more vibrant colors like red or blue klein. Suplements still need to be discreet and a hat is normally ruled out for this time of the day.
If the wedding is at night than the women must wear a long dress, high heels and a handbag. Depending on whether it is a formal wedding or not men can choose between a dark business suit, a tuxedo or tails.
If it's a casual wedding on the beach than men can perfectly wear linen suits and women can be dressed in light fabrics.
