- 1/3 bottle of champagne or wine per person, or 2 cocktails
- Soft drinks for 25% of the guests
- 1/2 bottle wine per person
- 2/3 bottle water per person
- 1 glass of champagne per person (for the toasts)
AFTER DINNER BAR
- 3 drinks per person
- Soft drinks and beer for 25% of the guests
- 1/3 bottle of water per person
Order or calculate an extra 10-15% and allow for guests drinking more in hot weather.
Remember bee and soft drinks.
