Drinks calculation checklist

PRE-DINNER DRINKS RECEPTION

  • 1/3 bottle of champagne or wine per person, or 2 cocktails
  • Soft drinks for 25% of the guests
 

MEAL

  • 1/2 bottle wine per person
  • 2/3 bottle water per person
  • 1 glass of champagne per person (for the toasts)
 

AFTER DINNER BAR

  • 3 drinks per person
  • Soft drinks and beer for 25% of the guests
  • 1/3 bottle of water per person
 

Order or calculate an extra 10-15% and allow for guests drinking more in hot weather.
Remember bee and soft drinks.
