Menu checklist

  • What sort of meal would you like to serve (brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, hors d'oeuvres, dinner)?
  • What style of service are you seeking (canapé reception, fork buffet, self service seated buffet, silver service meal)?
  • What kind of food would you like to serve (traditional, ethnic, seasonal, vegetarian, themed, etc.)?
  • Will you be offered a free tatsting?
  • Will you need to provide food for additional evening guests?
  • What prices do packages start from and what is included?
  • Can specific dietary requirements and children be catered for at no additional cost?
  • Can wedding cake be served as dessert?
  • Can you provide your own wedding cake and will they cut and serve it free of charge?
  • Can you supply your own alcohol and is there a charge for corkage?
  • When will the venue/caterer require final guest numbers?
  • Will a service charge be added to the final bill?
