Outside catering checklist

  • Are the following included in the package price:
    • Cooking and catering equipment?
    • Crockery, glasses and linens?
    • Tables and chairs?
    • Waiting staff?
  • Will you need to be present for delivery and collection of any of the above items and when?
  • If sourcing crockery, cultery, glasses and linens yourself, can they be returned dirty?
  • Does the caterer charge corkage?
  • Can the caterer provide chilling equipment and ice and is there a charge?
  • Does the cost include laying and clearing tables and chairs and packing used crockery and linens?
