Ceremony checklist

• Ensure the legal preliminaries are fulfilled
• If required, confirm the registar's availibility on your chosen day at your chosen venue.
• If required, book the organist, choir or bell ringers.
• Has the officiant approved readings, music and Order of Service?
• Supply copies of readings to participants.
• Arrange for the Order of Service to be printed.
• Arrange a rehearsal if required.
• Advise photographers and videographers of any restictions during the service.
• Establish whether confetti, rice or blooms are allowed.
• Establish to whom fees are payable and when they are due.
• Agree access arrangements for the decoration of the venue the day before the wedding and on the day of the ceremony. Confirm details with your florist.
